The Oceanic Federation Security Treaty (OFST) or simply the Oceanic Federation is an intergovernmental military alliance which was signed on 11 April 1987. On 17 May 1993, the leaders of Anikatia, Kodesia, Eszka, Pardogue, Bitria and South Ghyium signed a charter in Qini’ti founding the OFST. The treaty constitutes a system of collective defence whereby its member states agree to mutual defense in response to an attack by any external party. OFST’s headquarters are in Antiytia, Anikatia, one of the 6 member states across the Pacific, the newest of which, South Ghyium joined in 1999. The rising threat of Aykovakia led to the creation of this treaty in the hopes of maintaining peace through unity. However it does not appeared to have stopped the military expansion of the Aykovakian Empire…
